Flutter Developer Needed to Rebuild Swift App with New Design — OR Sell Me Your Published App with Revenue

We are looking for an experienced Flutter developer to fully rebuild our existing personal finance app, which is currently built in native Swift (iOS-only). Our goal is to make it cross-platform (iOS + Android) using Flutter, with a completely new UI/UX design and a range of new features.

At the same time, if you have a fully built mobile app for sale, we are also interested in purchasing an existing published app that meets the criteria below.

Main Project – Flutter Rebuild of Swift App

We will provide our current Swift source code and design references. The rebuild must include:
• Full rebuild using Flutter
• New modern and sleek UI/UX design (we’ll provide references)
• Support for offline-first usage
• Optional iCloud and Google Drive backup
• Full integration of Apple and Google in-app subscriptions
• App Store and Google Play submission
• Integration of many new features (to be shared after NDA)

This is a complete redesign and platform rebuild, not a basic reskin.

To protect our concept and assets, we will only share the current codebase, designs, and full feature list after a signed NDA. No reuse or disclosure of the project is allowed.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Flutter & Dart
• Experience rebuilding or modernizing existing apps
• Strong design implementation skills
• Knowledge of offline storage, sync options, and subscription billing
• Familiarity with both App Store and Play Store publishing

We are also open to purchasing a complete, working mobile app if you own one that meets all of the following:

Published on both App Store and Google Play
Actively earning real revenue (subscriptions, ads, IAP, etc.)
You can provide full source code + transfer of rights
Clean codebase with no legal restrictions

We are open to any niche — it does not have to be finance. Utility apps, tools, lifestyle, education, productivity, health, fitness, or even simple games — all welcome.
