I'm seeking a competent professional to conduct an interview with a Flutter developer, preferably with 3 years of experience. The developer's primary focus will be on mobile applications, so a strong background in this area will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct an in-depth interview with the Flutter developer
- Assess the developer's skills and experience
- Provide detailed feedback and recommendations
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience with Flutter and Dart
- Proficiency in mobile application development
- Excellent communication and assessment skills
- Ability to support already developed applications and implement new features.
Please note, there is no need to evaluate the developer's UI/UX design capabilities for this project. The primary focus is on their technical skills and experience relating to mobile application development with Flutter.
