Flutter Consultant

I am on the lookout for a seasoned Flutter developer to assist in addressing a few challenges we're currently facing with our Flutter application. Your primary role will be as a consultant to our budding developer, guiding them through the nuances and intricacies of the Flutter framework.
Primary Tasks Include:
Background Location Tracking: Our app has a feature for background location tracking which, at the moment, is plagued with bugs. We need someone with a deep understanding of Flutter's workings, especially when it comes to running tasks in the background, to help us troubleshoot and refine this feature.
Map Caching: Another critical feature that we're struggling with is caching maps within our app. For some reason, this isn’t functioning as expected. If you have experience or know-how related to map implementations and caching in Flutter, you'll be invaluable to our project.
Project Expectations:
You will be acting mainly in a consultative capacity. Your insights, recommendations, and expertise will be crucial in steering our young developer in the right direction.
Efficient and clear communication is paramount. We're hoping for someone who can easily convey complex technical aspects in an easy-to-understand manner.
The initial engagement is to address the aforementioned issues. However, if this collaboration is fruitful and our challenges are resolved satisfactorily, there's a potential opportunity for you to become our long-term consultant for future projects.
