Flutter BLE Expert Needed to Upgrade Bluetooth Classic App for iOS Compatibility

I need a Flutter developer to upgrade my existing Android app that communicates with an ESP32 via Bluetooth Classic to Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for iOS compatibility.

The app currently includes:
- Multilingual support
- PIN-based access
- Open PDF files and web pages

Requirements:
- Convert Bluetooth Classic to BLE in Flutter
- Ensure compatibility with all iOS versions and Android
- Maintain current features
- Handle BLE connection, discovery, services/characteristics, read/write
