Flutter Audio Mixer Mobile App

I'm looking for a talented Flutter developer who can build a mobile app that allows users to mix two audio files at different voice levels and export the final version.
Key Features:
- Mix two MP3 audio files with different voice levels
- Implement slider control for users to adjust voice levels
- Compile two lists within the app for selecting audio files
- Provide a playback feature for previewing the mixed audio
- Export the final mixed version
- User should be able to add/remove files from both the list as needed
- In both lists, user should be able to browse and select audio files from the device to get added to the list.
- mp3, m4a (voice recorder format) should be supported.
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Flutter for both Android and iOS platforms
- Experience with audio processing and mixing
- Familiarity with implementing slider controls in mobile apps
- Strong knowledge of working with MP3 file formats
Your delivery should be a fully functional, user-friendly mobile app ready for deployment on both Google Play Store and Apple App Store. Prior experience with audio manipulation in mobile applications will be a huge plus. Looking forward to your proposals.
