Flutter App Enhancement: Persistent Update Notification

I am seeking an experienced Flutter application developer to add a crucial feature to my existing app. This task involves implementing an undismountable pop-up dialog that alerts users when an app update is available on the Play Store.
Key Requirements:
1. Display Mode: The newly integrated dialog needs to be overlayed on top of the app. This means that it should be highly visible and must not be able to be easily dismissed.
2. Interaction: The pop-up dialog should contain a solitary 'Update' button. This feature must force users to update the app and not provide an option to delay or ignore the update.
3. Design: Though the dialog needs to be distinct, it must not align with the current app theme or the standard system dialog design. A unique style is requested specifically for this dialog box, making it stand out and effectively grab users' attention.
