Flutter App Bugs - Call & Chat Functionality

We are facing critical issues in our Flutter-based app that uses Agora SDK for live audio calls between astrologers and clients. The following problems need urgent resolution:
Issues:
Call Disconnect on App Minimize:
When either the astrologer or client minimizes the app during a call, the call ends automatically.
On returning to the app, it restarts as if freshly launched.
No balance is deducted from the user, and the astrologer doesn't receive any credit.
Audio Mute for Astrologer:
If the astrologer minimizes the app, their microphone becomes inactive or muted.
The client cannot hear them, although the call may seem ongoing.
Chat Ends on Minimize:
Ongoing chats also terminate when the app is minimized or backgrounded.
When reopened, it behaves as a fresh app launch, losing previous state.

Android target SDK: 33+
Expected Behavior:
Calls and chats should continue running even when the app is minimized or goes into the background.
