Flutter App and Admin Panel for Monetization Platform

I am looking for an experienced Flutter developer (individual, no teams or middleman) to build an app and admin panel for a content monetization platform. The platform will allow independent creators (photographers, videographers, document specialists, etc.) to upload, price, and sell their digital content, such as photos, videos, and PDFs.
App Features:
Simple Uploading: Creators should be able to easily upload their photos, videos, and PDFs directly from their devices.
Instant Monetization: Creators can set prices for their content and receive real-time earnings as users download their items.
Secure Transactions: Integrated payment gateway for quick and secure payment processing.
Sharing & Marketing: Creators should be able to share their unique download links via social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, Telegram, etc.).
Real-Time Tracking: Creators should be able to view real-time sales and download data via a user-friendly dashboard.
Global Access: The platform should support multiple currencies and languages to cater to a global audience.
Admin Panel Features:
User Management: Admin should be able to manage user accounts, including creators and buyers.
Content Moderation: Admin should have the ability to monitor and approve uploaded content.
Transaction Monitoring: Admin should be able to monitor transactions, earnings, and platform fees.
Report Generation: Admin should be able to generate reports on platform usage, content sales, and user activity.
Settings: Ability to configure platform-wide settings like currency options, payment processing, and fee structures.
UI Design:
The UI design for the Flutter app is already ready and will be provided to you. This will include the visual layout and design elements, allowing you to focus on the implementation and functionality.
Database Migration:
There is an existing database with current user data, URLs, and other content-related information that needs to be migrated to the new system. This will involve importing login credentials, URLs, and other relevant data into the new database.
