Flutter App

We started an already existing project a while ago. Now we want to restart it and bring it on a next level. We need the following:

- Mockup of the new version of the app
- App Design
- Implement the design with flutter
- Upload in Playstore und App Store

We are looking for very good designer/developer as freelancer who are able to communicate on a very high level. We have he following guidelines:
