Fix my ionic app

I am looking for a skilled developer to fix issues with my Ionic app. The specific issue I am experiencing is that the audio playing functionality, which uses Howler.js, is not fully reliable on iOS and Android.
The desired functionality:
- Can play audio (.mp3) via mobile connection (play/stop/pause/seek). One sound at a time.
- Can play audio (.mp3) offline (play/stop/pause/seek). One sound at a time.

My problem that it's not reliable, sometimes it's playing, sometimes not.

Requirements:
- Experience with Ionic framework
- Proficiency in Howler.js
- Knowledge of iOS and Android app development

I have the source code for the app, so the developer will have access to it.

There are no specific functions or features that need to be added or improved at this time. The main focus of this project is to fix the audio playing issues.
