Firebase FCM on Mobile App

I'm looking for a Freelancer to integrate Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) in my mobile app ( in React Native Expo ). The app is being built for both iOS and Android, and currently does not have any Firebase integration. I am looking to do both send notifications and data messaging with FCM. I am looking for an experienced and reliable Freelancer who can provide timely updates on progress. A timeline and breakdown of milestones should be provided. As I understand the importance of this project, I am willing to provide a competitive budget.
