Finish React Native App to print receipt on Bluetooth Thermal Printer and Read SMS when running at background

The source code are in react native but the printer SDK is in java, enable the App to print the receipt and when running at background detect the incoming SMS. The detection part is already implemented what is left is to work when the App is running at background
