Find why Xamarin Forms webview navigating event isn't fired on IOS -- 4

I created a simple mobile application with Xamarin Forms that has a webview with custom renderer, and I added function inside the "navigating" event to allow tel links to work and make phone calls.
It works on Android but not on IOS because the "navigating" method is not fired at all.
Please don't bid more than $50 as I won't be able to pay more.
