Finalize Google AppSheet System

I have already designed and mapped the data structure, user stories, and core business logic for a multi-role business-management solution built on Google AppSheet.
What I now need is a skilled AppSheet specialist who can take this solid blueprint and convert it into a polished, production-ready application.
Current State of the App
Core tables, relationships, enums, and security filters are already defined
Role-based access logic is in place
Key screens and views exist but need refinement and UX polishing
No Bots, workflows, or automation rules are implemented yet
Your Mission (Two Clear Phases)
1. Workflow & Automation
Design and implement AppSheet Bots, scheduled tasks, and event-driven actions
Trigger workflows based on user actions, status changes, and time-based rules
Ensure clean data flow, reliability, and maintainability
2. UI & UX Refinement
Refine and extend existing views for both mobile and desktop use
Polish forms, dashboards, navigation, and slice-based views
Apply supplied brand colours and layout guidelines consistently
Improve performance and usability where needed
Where it clearly adds value, we may introduce small functional enhancements, but the focus is on execution quality, stability, and UX clarity, not redesigning the system from scratch.

Clear list of required workflows and outcomes
Branding inputs and UI direction
What You Will Deliver
A fully functioning AppSheet app with tested Bots and Actions
Clean, responsive UI aligned with provided wireframes and branding
A short Loom walkthrough or written guide explaining the logic, automation, and how to extend the app
Ideal Profile
Strong hands-on experience with AppSheet (not beginner level)
Good understanding of data hygiene, references, slices, and security filters
Comfortable building and debugging Bots and complex actions
Enjoys refining both function and form
