Facial Recognition Integration for User Authentication

I'm looking for a skilled developer to integrate facial recognition technology into my app for user authentication. This app will need to support both iOS and Android platforms.

Ideal Skills:
- Experience with facial recognition software
- Cross-platform app development
- Strong understanding of user authentication processes

Please note, this project doesn't require the integration of other authentication methods like passwords or fingerprints.

We don't use passwords on our app. We want access to be purely facial recognition. Users use their phone camera to scans their face, and logs in.

Keep in mind that this will also be used for commerce. Example: Let's say they buy an event ticket in our app, the event staff at the entrance can scan the face of the user and it pulls their ticket info from their account to check them in.

Requirements:
- Open source and custom solutions (Open CV etc)
- Must be able to pull 3D facial recognition
- Must be able to live detect
- Fraud prevention: deepfakes, pictures, twins etc
- I'm going with open source and custom solution instead of a 3rd party service to keep the costs as low as possible to run (if we need to use things like AWS rekognize, it's not an issue)

We will need the associated screens designed and built for the mobile (for example the prompts to look left and right to grab 3d of face) for sign up and login. As well as the backend parts of course. We're currently using React Native, Express and Golang and MongoDB
