I need someone very experienced in Expo to do a simple app using Expo (https://expo.dev/). I need you to create one screen simple app to play custom audio clip with Notifications (local/push).
More background: We have a bigger app that provides scheduled notifications. But no way we can play audio clips reliably. Sometimes it works and most of the time it doesn't work. I need someone just to fix this part. However, as we can't give you access to the whole app source code, you can create a one-screen app (UI/Design does not matter) that correctly implements Notification with sound (https://docs.expo.dev/versions/latest/sdk/notifications/#setting-custom-notification-sounds).
Note: It must be an Expo Managed Project (a managed project is not ejected). Also, it must work in both iOS and Android. The app will be fine even in Expo Snack. Remember, actual app doesn't matter. Our challenge is only about custom sounds for notifications. Unless you start your bid 'I know Expo', it'll be rejected.
