GoHighLevel & Bubble.io Automation Expert (Freelance / Ongoing)
Project: Build & Scale Automations for a National Disability Provider Empowering Lives through Tech
About Us:
At Quest Collective, we’re on a mission to help people with disabilities become the hero of their own story. We’re scaling a forward-thinking, heart-led NDIS provider by combining human connection with smart automation. From mentoring and supported independent living to purpose-driven content and systems — we’re here to change the game.
We’re now building a custom Bubble.io app to replace clunky systems and streamline operations. We’re also using GoHighLevel as our centralized CRM for marketing, onboarding, lead capture, and referral funnels.
Who We’re Looking For:
A smart, proactive freelancer or small team who gets stuff done. You’re fluent in English, strong in communication, understand system architecture, and love solving problems with automation.
You must be experienced in:
• GoHighLevel CRM: workflow automations, funnel builds, sales pipelines, calendar bookings, email/SMS automations
• Bubble.io: building MVPs, dashboards, permissions, logic flows, responsive UI
• Zapier, Make, or native integrations
• Xero integration for timesheets, SCHADS award logic, invoicing
• NDIS or case management-style workflows (not essential, but a bonus)
Your Role:
• Help build our custom operational app for Quest Collective (Bubble.io)
• Implement sales and onboarding automations in GoHighLevel
• Connect systems (ShiftCare, JotForm, SignNow, Google Drive, Xero)
• Test and QA all automations for edge cases
• Create a living library of SOPs and documentation as you build
You’re a Fit If You:
• Have clear communication and can speak/write fluent English
• Think ahead, take initiative, and solve problems without waiting
• Care about making a real impact in people’s lives through tech
• Are comfortable working with entrepreneurs with ADHD (structure + clarity is key)
• Have availability to jump on regular calls (Brisbane time)
Budget & Hours:
• $15–$30/hr AUD depending on experience
• Start with a trial project (1–2 weeks) and scale up to ongoing weekly hours
