Key Responsibilities:
Understand our business process and user workflows.
Design, develop, and deploy a custom AI-powered chatbot.
Integrate the chatbot into our existing platforms (website, app, CRM, etc.).
Configure chatbot responses, flows, and intent training.
Ensure multilingual support, if needed.
Set up integrations with third-party APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, support ticket systems, etc.).
Test and optimize chatbot performance.
Provide documentation and basic training to internal teams.
Requirements:
