Enhance React Native App with New Features

Hi APP, developers, i have to fix my app and add some features to it.
It's a forum platform, where we wil have daily topic where users can comment, react on it.
The app is 99 procent done, but need some point like.

This is a Native react app work on firebase, for ios and android
Users has a app and also the admin will have a app
User can comment, reply, like fire and report comments and suggestion topic
Suggestion topic is a page where any users can upload ant topic that maybe can use one day by the admin as topic of the day.

There is some feature that has to fixxed and add

ADMIN
- The admin need the option to upload topic of the day with a image
- The admin has the option upload suggestion topic
- The admin should send push notifications
- the admin should receive notification when their is a report on comment or suggestion topic
- The banner should be limitless( it's rotated but changes for 2,5 seconds)
- The tab user, has a issue, because it trow out of the app

User
- option the share the the topic of the day on its socialmedia or whatsupp
- every time they open the app, their will be a pop up with a text.
