Enhance GPS Tracking System Interface

I am looking for a skilled and experienced developer who could help to change the interface of an existing GPS tracking system.
Though specific changes regarding color schemes, layouts, and typography haven't been specified, they might be necessary as we progress. The key is to design a user-friendly interface that enhances the appeal and functionality of our GPS tracking system.
In terms of forms, this information hasn't been specified either. However, there might be a need for dropdown menus, text input fields, and/or file upload capabilities.
The ideal candidate should have:
- Extensive UI/UX design experience
- Proven track record in front-end development
- In-depth knowledge of form functionalities
