Enhance Flutter Fluxstore with Custom Features

I am looking for someone with solid Flutter Fluxstore experience to enhance the functionality with some specific customizations. This will include:

- Adding new features: I specifically need the integration of a 'Price Based On Country' plugin feature in my Flutter Fluxstore project.
- Integrating third-party services: You must have experience with third-party API integrations.
-Another feature required when product price is 0$ then (add to cart button) replaced with (Ask for price) which redirect to whatsapp chat

As the ideal candidate, you are required to have strong Flutter Fluxstore customisation experience, understand APIs, and have a solid background in adding new features to apps. Knowledge and experience in implementing price-based features in apps is desirable.

Note: both features must be available on both simple & variable products(which include variations)

Example:
Product prices:
1- Lebanon Country : 10$
2- Rest of the World: 25$

So when the user location is in lebanon all product prices detect the lebanon price which added manually from woocommerce dashboard,
else where user isnot in lebanon country the product prices appear are rest of the world prices which also added by the user.
