Endurance Athlete Data Visualization Interface

I'm looking for a skilled developer to create a web interface that displays data from the Garmin API for endurance athletes. This platform should eventually have the potential to evolve into an app.
Key Requirements:
Integration of various metrics: heart rate, HRV, sleep hours, speed, etc.
Data visualization formats: graphs and charts, detailed statistics tables, interactive dashboards.
User interaction: click to view more details.
Predictive module: allow users to input their current metrics and receive projections or targets required to reach their performance goals. (The necessary parameters and formulas for these predictions will be provided.)
Ideal Skills:
Proficiency in web development.
Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
Familiarity with API integration, particularly Garmin API.
UI/UX design skills for creating intuitive interfaces.
(Optional but a plus) Experience with predictive modeling or basic performance analytics.
