I'm in need of a comprehensive electronics repair solution consisting of a web-based admin panel and an Android-only service expert app.
Key Features:
- Admin Panel: This will allow an office executive to add service tasks, which includes customer details, a short description of the electronic item, requested service timings and an option for the admin to allot that request to a service expert. There should also be a real-time tracking feature showing the location of service experts on a map.
- Service Expert App: This will function as a dashboard listing all jobs to be completed. The service expert can mark their status as 'reaching client's address', 'service started', 'service completed' and will also have a 'client review' option.
The budget should be taken into consideration when building this project. Notably, I only require notifications for specific service status updates, particularly when the service has been completed.
