Dynamic Floorball Team Formation App

"I would like to have an app that processes various datasets for me. As a result, I would like to receive a suggestion for which 5 players should be on the field together. (Sport: Unihockey/Floorball)
Within the app, it should be possible to have ratings. These ratings take place between the players. For example, a rating from Player A to Player B.
The rating scale is from 1 to 10, where 10 is the best.
As a coach, I want to be able to make and update the player ratings. Similarly, the players should get access to the app and be able to rate each other.
All this data then flows together and results in the 5 players who together have the best possible rating from all players.
So, from approximately 20 players, I want to get the best 5 players together. However, the other players should also be considered and distributed among the other lines (always taking the ratings into account).
Additionally, as a coach, I would like to give the players additional attributes (position, physicality, etc.). I want to be able to consider these attributes additionally if I wish.
Example:
I want to have the 5 players who together have the best ratings with each other and all have a physicality score of 5.
In the future, I would like to be able to add more attributes and "activate" or deactivate them.
Furthermore, I need to be able to modify a list of the possible players. In this list, I must also be able to select which of the players should be included in the calculation (e.g., if a player is injured, they should not be included in the suggestion)."
