Dual-Platform Cab Driver App

I’m ready to bring a full-featured cab driver application to life on both Android and iOS at the same time and need a developer who can take it from concept to store release.

Core scope
The driver-side app must ship with multilingual capability from day one, so every label, button and notification needs to load from a language file that can be expanded later without code changes.

Key deliverables
• Real-time GPS tracking that remains accurate even when the phone is locked or the user switches apps
• In-app chat so drivers can message passengers instantly (think push-based, not SMS)
• Secure payment integration that lets drivers see completed transactions and payout history in the same interface
• Clean, modern UI/UX that works and looks consistent across both Android and iOS
• Deployable builds plus all project source code—in a Git repo—ready for submission to Google Play and the App Store

Tech approach
If you favour a cross-platform stack such as Flutter or React Native, great—just ensure native performance and access to device-level GPS. Native Kotlin/Swift is also fine if you can keep two codebases in sync without feature lag. I’m open to your recommendation, but please outline why your chosen tech is best for long-term maintenance.

Timeline & collaboration
Propose a realistic milestone plan that includes:
1. Wireframes & language file structure
2. First runnable build with GPS + chat stubs
3. Payment gateway integration completed
4. Final polishing, store-ready builds and hand-over
