Document simple business processes for an egg farm

I would like to engage someone to document our existing processes. This could be done over the phone with the farm manager. Deliverable would be a simple set of instructions completed in a word document for anyone picking up the role to follow.

This could then lead to mobile app development to automate compliance processes
