Secure Document Sharing Web Application with Front-end Website and Mobile Apps
Introduction
We are seeking proposals from experienced development teams to create a secure document sharing web application with front-end website and mobile apps. The primary objective of this project is to provide a secure and user-friendly platform for sharing and storing sensitive documents and images, with the added functionality of OCR capabilities. The project is expected to have a strong focus on security, with a preference for using C# as the back-end technology and MongoDB as the database.
Scope of Work
The selected development team will be responsible for:
Designing and developing a secure document sharing web application.
Creating a user-friendly front-end website.
Developing native mobile apps (iOS and Android).
Implementing a document vault for secure storage.
Designing and configuring security measures to safeguard stored data.
Implementing OCR capabilities for extracting data from images.
Optionally, providing image enhancing features in the mobile apps.
Signing an escrow contract and non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to protect intellectual property.
Conducting a scoping call to discuss project requirements in detail.
Completing wireframing for the project.
Technology Stack
While we are open to considering various technologies for both the backend and frontend, we prefer the following:
Backend: C#
Database: MongoDB with robust security configuration.
Milestone-Based Payments
Payments for this project will be made based on achieving predefined milestones. The exact payment structure will be negotiated and outlined in the contract. A separate milestone may be generated for wireframing efforts to compensate for your time.

Has a proven track record of delivering similar projects.
Understands the importance of security and privacy.
