Digital Download Creator Needed to Create A Downloadable Digital Budget Planner

I'm looking for someone to create a Digital Download of a Budget Planner, in PDF format, with a high level of detail, including a payment calculator. I have an idea of what I'd like the budget planner to include, but ultimately the details of the design and layout need to be left to the expert eye of the designer. The digital budget planner needs to be easily downloadable and follow a logical format for the user to fill in their information and track their spending.
