On the back end, it should provide our dispatch team with the tools necessary to assign bookings to drivers, track trip progress, and handle any necessary communication.
Our primary objective is to create a user-friendly platform that connects passengers with available drivers, streamlining our operations and enhancing the overall experience for both parties.

User Registration & Profiles:
Riders and drivers should each have distinct accounts.
Riders should be able to manage payment methods, view trip history, and set preferences.
Drivers should be able to manage availability, view assigned rides, and access earnings data.
Ride Request and Matching:
Riders enter pickup and drop-off locations and receive fare estimates.
Nearby drivers receive ride requests, with the option to accept or decline.
Once a driver accepts, the rider is notified and can track their arrival in real-time.
In-App Navigation and Tracking:
Integrated GPS and mapping to guide drivers to pickup and drop-off locations.
