KOAAD Mobile Application Development
The mobile application of the Cyprus Organization for Solidarity, Security & Anti-Corruption (KOAAD) is being developed as an innovative civic technology tool designed to place the citizen at the heart of transparency, safety, and collective action. With a user-friendly, interactive interface, the app connects citizens, social structures, institutions, and volunteer networks in real time.
At its core lies the immediate and secure submission of reports, requests for help, evidence, and testimonies, with the option for full anonymity or verified identity — all with an emphasis on structural, psychological, and digital safety for the user. The app integrates live chat support, osTicket ticketing system, smart push notifications, and direct access to institutional guides, forms, communities, and live updates.
It supports KOAAD’s key pillars: anti-corruption, solidarity, social protection, early warning systems, and democratic participation. Users can instantly connect to KOAAD’s full digital ecosystem, track the status of submissions, engage in community decisions, and participate actively in campaigns and initiatives.
