Development of Integrative Health and Lifestyle Platform

Since June 2024, I have been developing a creative platform that seamlessly integrates healthcare, community, and lifestyle. I recently completed the full planning and conceptual design, and I’m now seeking a development team to bring this idea to life. I’m reaching out to propose a strategic and dynamic collaboration with your team.

This platform combines personalized healthcare services with community engagement and daily lifestyle support. By leveraging user health data, it offers tailored features that enhance wellbeing and integrate health management into everyday routines—ultimately aiming to improve overall quality of life.

To ensure fairness and reward commitment, I propose the following structure:
• Before I enter college: Your team retains 100% of all revenue.
• After I begin college: Revenue will be shared 50/50.
• Exceptional Contribution Bonus: If your team builds a high-quality product and actively contributes beyond expectations, I’m open to increasing your share up to 80%.
This approach compensates early effort and risk on your side, while offering long-term balance and flexibility.

3. My Role & Contributions
I’m not simply outsourcing an idea—I’m an active co-planner and product lead. Here’s what I’ll handle:
• Designing the full service structure and user flow
• Outlining MVP features and setting strategic priorities
• Planning AI-driven and data-based core features
• Creating wireframes and managing user feedback
• Assisting with technical components (e.g. GPT API integration, chatbot design)
• Ensuring development quality through iterative feedback
• Documenting the project for my college admissions portfolio
• Taking the lead on scaling after college, using global resources and networks

This project requires a team that can start development immediately and, most importantly, someone who:
• Can maintain consistent and fast communication with me, without long gaps
• Respects idea confidentiality and never attempts to claim or repurpose any part of the platform

You may take on other client work during this project as long as it doesn’t cause major delays.
