Developing a medical mobile application that can make millimetric measurements on photos for ptosis (eyelid drooping)

Job ID: 39831705

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

Hello,
We are looking for a developer (or a small team) to build a mobile application capable of making millimetric-precision measurements from photos or camera captures.
We are planning to develop a mobile application that can measure, from photos, the height of both eyelids, pupil diameter, and eyebrow height in millimeters. The app will also calculate the differences between these measurements to quickly assess and record the patient’s condition.
We are looking for developers familiar with face recognition systems — especially those focusing on eye-region detection — to collaborate on this project.

Key features of the app:
User takes a photo (or uploads an existing one)
Ability to mark points/areas to measure distances or areas with millimetric accuracy
Calibration using a reference object for correct scaling
Save and export measurement results
Works on iOS and/or Android

Ideal developer(s):
Strong background in OpenCV / Computer Vision / Image Processing
Experience in mobile app development (iOS, Android, Flutter, or React Native)
Knowledge of camera calibration, lens distortion correction, and photogrammetry
Able to show previous similar projects or demos
Comfortable communicating in English or Turkish

Please include in your proposal:
Relevant past projects or portfolio
Your proposed technology stack or approach
Estimated time frame and cost

Thank you.
