Need an app to use a filter to remove greens and other outdoor colors and a filter to locate a special paint that will be on a golf ball. A thin line around ball.

Use new microchips to embed into golf ball to locate via app. RFID or GPS. Don't want to embed in middle of ball during manufacture. Want to take existing name brand balls that golfers prefer and inject microchip and not impact the playability of ball. Must still conform to weight standards and chip must not affect performance of ball.
