I'm looking for an experienced React Native developer to build a live streaming app similar to TikTok, specifically for the Chinese market.

Basic features needed:
- Live streaming
- Video streaming
- Login/register with phone number
- Upload video
- Live chat (video chat capabilities)

Content moderation features:
- User reporting
- Automatic filtering
- Admin review

Integration:
- Agora for live streaming and video chat

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong expertise in React Native, Expo.CLI, and Typescript
- Experience in developing live streaming apps using Agora
