Develop a mobile application (React Native)

I need a full stack developer that develop a mobile application which is based on React Native.
1. The app is already on google play and should release for apple store. I have a developer account but there are some issues from apple that should fix.
2. The backend should improve as well and some functionality should be add to the app.
3. The new changes should also submit to google play.
