Develop app for electronic product

Looking for a software developer to design an App for a product. The app should be able to connect via Bluetooth on any mobile device. This will be a simple App with an attractive and interactive interface that will allow the user to see certain features on the product e.g., the battery life level, fluid level etc. and control certain features like volume, heat, on/off, stand-by mode etc. The App developer will work with the product manufacturer in the development of the App.
