Develop a Premium feature to my Firebase Flutter app

Here are the logics for the Premium feature in Group Chat on the app:
A. In the Create Group form, add: Categories, Premium
B. All groups will be displayed on the 'Groups' page, except the 'Adult' group category. Users can join when they click on the + button and agree to join. Then add the search function, members count, group icon, countries in the boxes, and a favorite section on the page.
C. Premium: When Admin selects 'Premium', they are made to subscribe $9/month to activate this feature. Then admin indicates how much other members will pay per month ($1 - $999)
C. Members subscriptions should indicate in their transaction history page each month they pay and their group name and all members must be allowed a free 10days period before they are made to pay for the subscription. If they don't pay, then their access to the group is stopped.
D. 80% of subscription payment will be remitted to the group admin wallet as 'Escrow balance' and after 35days maturity period without any dispute it will move to 'Available balance' for the group admin to withdraw
E. When the group admin clicks to withdraw and enters the amount, and selects a payment method, then information is transmitted to the backend admin app for manual payment and the amount is deducted from the group admin's balance and information updated in his transaction history.
