Develop Muslim App

I am looking for a developer to create a Muslim app with the primary purpose of Quran reading. Specifically, I would like the app to have translations available for users to read. I do not have any additional features in mind for the Quran reading experience. Additionally, I do not require the app to have any additional Islamic resources such as a Hadith collection or Islamic calendar. Ideal skills for this project include experience with app development and knowledge of Islamic resources.

Phase 1 - Developing UIUX
Phase 2 - Develop Back end via Flutter
Phase 3 - Maintenance with contract basis
