Develop an App -- 2

I am looking for a skilled app developer who can create an app for both iOS and Android platforms. I have some ideas for the design, but I need help refining them. The app should have intermediate features that will make it stand out among similar apps. Some of the key functionalities that I want the app to have include:

- User registration and login
- In-app purchases
- Push notifications
- Social media integration
- Location-based services

The App is deigned to teach people a driving test routes for various driving test centres which are each 7km long (the number of routes vary from 4 to 10 per test centre).

I can draw out the route on google maps but the idea is that the user will open the app at the driving test centre, choose route 1, 2 3 etc and it will guide them around the driving test route telling them where to turn left, right etc.

3 features are that at specific places they will be asked to do a hill start, a turnabout (i.e. drive into a cul de sac and turn and come back the way they came) and reverse around a corner into a side road before continuing on the journey.

On some routes they might drive to a certain point then come back the same route so the app needs to know in which direction they are going.

There should be an ability to "recalculate" if they miss a turn.

Initially I want to have 3 Test Centres added (6 routes, 6 routes and 7 routes).

The App needs to be uploaded to iOS and Google play store.

When people download the app they will see an explainer video I have created and can subscribe to unlock the routes which are behind a paywall.

I would like the ability to use affiliates to promote the app so would like to be able to create discount codes very easily but also to easily track how many were used.

In order to gain 5* reviews I would like a push request or window to ask peoples feedback on the app (1 to 5). If they click 4 or 5 take them straight to the ios or play store to leave the review. For less give them the opportunity to leave feedback that I can read (but which wont be a public review)

To create an account make it as easily as possible by giving the option to login using their google, apple or facebook logins.

Ideally use an alternative to Google cloud which I found quite expensive

Ideal skills and experience for this job include proficiency in app development for both iOS and Android platforms, experience in user interface design and development, and knowledge of the latest app development trends and best practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with me to ensure that the app meets my vision are also important.
