Dating application for iOS and Android

We are looking for a reliable app developer or development agency to build a complete dating application for iOS and Android. The project will be based on an existing prototype created in Loveable. The assignment includes the full development process: frontend, backend, testing, launch, and documentation.
The goal is to deliver a fully functional, stable, and scalable app that is ready for launch on the App Store and Google Play, including all core features related to user management, communication, payments, security, and administration.
Included Features
User registration and login (including verification via email/SMS)
Matching system based on user-selected preferences
Chat functionality for matched users
Multiple subscription tiers (e.g., Free, Premium, Pro)
Premium features such as “Boost”, additional exposure, etc.
Profile management (photos, bio, preferences)
Push notifications and email notifications
Admin panel for moderation, analytics, and user management
Secure data storage and GDPR compliance
Accessibility adaptations and responsive design
