Dating App with AI Responses

Looking for a programmer who is familiar with creating dating apps (essentially clones of tinder/bumble/hinge etc) and also good with generating smart artificial intelligent responses to messages between matches. Also would be able to bounce back ideas with monetization and offer ideas/guidance to putting apps into android/apple marketplace.
