Data Collection and Installation Verification Tool
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Purpose of Application: To collect the following data
DIGITAL MONITORING, REPORTING, AND VERIFICATION (dMRV)
The SA-SHS Supplier hereby commits to ingesting data into a dMRV platform designated by GK, using methods such as ingestion forms, bulk manual uploads (e.g., Excel files), or automated communication protocols (e.g., Application Programming Interfaces, APIs), in the required format and at the specified frequency. Required Data Points include but are not limited to:
a) Supplier: Name; Contacts; Sales location; Region; District, Ward; Street/village
b) Customer:
i. ID: Unique ID; Name; Gender; National ID number/Voting card number; GPS location:
ii. Contact details: Phone no; Address - Village and island; Ward; District/region; House number;
c) Payments: amount paid by customers (TZS); Actual price (before subsidy; TZS); Retail price (after subsidy; TZS)
d) System:
i. Serial number; Date of installation; System size/capacity, Use of energy;
ii. For component-based systems: For each, Solar PV Modules, Charger Controller, batteries, inverter, lights: Make/model; Quantity; Capacity installed; Remarks
e) Local government authority endorsement: Ward; Name
f) Details of the installer: Name of installer; Phone No.; Installer’s EWURA license no.; Company; Address/email
the person who register the customer must be identified. also the person who completes the installation name must be registered.
for this data to be collected i want to have multiple steps.
village chairman (his role: register customers, 1st confirmation of solar installation). Needs to verify by being within 3m from the house of the customer
local sales (his role: register customers, 3rd confirmation of solar installation) Needs to verify by being within 3m from the house of the customer
technician (his role: register customers, notify installation completion, ) Needs to verify by being within 3m from the house of the customer
technical supervisor (his role: register customers, approve installation completion, ) Needs to verify by being within 3m from the house of the customer
village government officer (his role: register customers, 2nd confirmation of solar installation) Needs to verify by being within 3m from the house of the customer
ward government officer
greenleaf technical officer (his role: register customers, 4th confirmation of solar installation)
greenleaf commercial officer
solar agent (his role: receive notification, assign his local sales to go and verify )
the installation team will be supervised by technical supervisor. there will be several installation teams which will be supervised by the technical supervior. Therefore it is important to know all the teams details name, phone numbers, sex, team ID, ... also technical supervisor details name, phone number sex are required.
as for village chairman, sales and all other actors need to have their details name, phonenumbers
Note: for all phone number, i need to know a phone number which they can be reachable and the one which can receive money. As for the phone number of customers it is not required just one phone number or two as an option but not for receiving money
