Dart Flutter Camera UI

I'm looking for an individual or team to develop a mobile camera app using Dart Flutter and incorporate the attached screen shot design. I have a design mock-up that I would like to use as the base for the project and customize the UI to my specifications. The goal of the app is to create an intuitive and user-friendly camera interface, allowing users to capture and manipulate content easily. The ideal team will have expertise in developing native apps using Dart Flutter, with a focus on custom UI design. Also, I will need help to ensure that the app is optimized for multiple devices. I am open to suggestions from the team to explore other approaches in the app development process.
This camera app will be incorporated in an existing flutter dart app that we currently have.
