Cybersource payment gateway integration for FluxStore/Magento -- 2

We are in the process of building an app for our magento website using the Fluxstore framework however we need to integrate the payment gateway for Cybersource into the source code in order to finish the build.
The app will built for both iOS and Android and we do not need any additional functionality. The Cybersource payment gateway plugin is already installed on the website however due to the fact the FluxStore WebView* doesn't work on Magento (not well publicized I might add....).....we're stuck.
The app was supposed to be download, customize and build and now we can't finish without this integration.
We just want the same standard functionality available on the actual magento checkout with Cybersource (tokenized cards and ability to pay/save new cards).
Any help appreciated.
