VR Cybersecurity Training for Healthcare -- 2
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I'm seeking an expert in VR development coupled with cybersecurity knowledge to help create an immersive VR-based cybersecurity training platform. This platform should be specifically tailored for healthcare professionals and focus primarily on real-world cybersecurity threats, particularly ransomware incidents.
The training needs to be interactive and gamified, incorporating a variety of scenarios and challenges. Key features of the training will include:
- Role-playing scenarios that allow medical staff to step into different roles and understand the perspectives of various stakeholders during a cyber threat.
- Quizzes and challenges that test their knowledge and keep them engaged.
- Simulated attack responses, giving them the opportunity to practice their responses in a safe, controlled environment.
Ultimately, the goal of the training is to equip medical staff with the skills to identify, respond to, and mitigate cyber threats in their daily workflows. Ideal candidates for this project would have a strong background in both VR development and cybersecurity, with a special focus on threats relevant to the healthcare sector. Understanding of healthcare compliance requirements, such as HIPAA and PCCIS, would also be beneficial. The ability to create engaging, gamified content is essential.
Required skills:
Virtual Reality Development (VR) – Expertise in developing interactive VR environments using Unity or Unreal Engine.
Cybersecurity Awareness Training – Experience in designing cybersecurity training simulations, especially for healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PCCIS, NIST, etc.).
Game Design & Gamification – Ability to create engaging, scenario-based learning experiences with interactive storytelling and gamification elements.
3D Modeling & Animation – Skilled in creating realistic hospital environments, avatars, and medical devices for immersive experiences.
LMS Integration & VR Simulation – Knowledge of integrating VR-based training modules with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and tracking user performance analytics.
