Custom Non-Caching iPad Browser App

I'm looking for a developer to create a specialized iPad iOS app tailored for secure and efficient business browsing that doesn't save any user data between sessions. We have our own MDM and Apple Developer account to deploy the application for internal use.
Requirements:
- Develop an iOS app to load my company's website and a third-party sites tabbed.
- Ensure no cache, history, or auto-saved data retains following a browsing session/reset.
- Add button to clear cache, history or auto saved data and reload default/defined tabs.
- Integrate features for a clean, user-friendly interface that promotes productivity.
