Custom Macro App

Hi, I want to develop an iPad app for myself to speed up my workflow. The app needs to contain buttons and folders of buttons that are customisable and send macros and Midi Cc data to my computers over Ethernet. Something resembling Hans Zimmers's touchscreen system. Is this something you can help me with? Thanks
