Custom Flutter Plugin Development for ONNX -- 2

The task involves integrating a machine learning model, specifically in the ONNX format, into a Flutter application to enable text classification into five categories based on user descriptions. This requires the development of a custom Flutter plugin that facilitates communication between Flutter's Dart code and native code on both Android and iOS platforms. The plugin will utilize the ONNX Runtime to handle the loading and execution of the model, with the Flutter application calling this plugin to process and classify text inputs. (My budget is no more than 30 euros but i will habe 3 models on the same application if you are successful so please do not waste both of our time if you dont have time or dont agree with the budget.)
