Custom API Integration for MMS Workflow

I need a developer experienced with API integrations, particularly with texting platforms like Twilio, to create an automated MMS workflow for my organization.
Key Tasks:
- Integrate a texting platform's API (Twilio or similar) to facilitate the process.
- Create a system where users can send images and text to our organization's phone number via MMS.
- Develop an approval system for our team members to review the messages and either approve them or rejext them. If they approved, then the message gets automatically sent to a list of subscribers
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience with API integrations.
- Familiarity with Twilio or similar texting platforms.
- Previous work on automating workflows would be a plus.
- Excellent understanding of MMS systems.
