Cross-platform Flutter App Development

I have a project that I'm very excited about and need a skilled Flutter developer to bring it to life. This app will be cross-platform, so it's necessary that you have experience developing for both iOS and Android systems, as well as TV compatibility.
Key Project Requirements:
1. **Implementation of Provided Design**: I already have a complete design for the app, so the main task will be implementing this design in Flutter. A keen eye for detail will be needed to ensure the final product is true to the intended design.
2. **User Account Creation**: The app will need to have a user registration and authentication system. Experience with building secure login systems would greatly benefit this element of the project.
3. **In-app Purchases**: A portion of the app's revenue will come from in-app purchases, so previous experience in integrating this kind of system is a must.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Extensive knowledge of Dart and Flutter
- Cross-platform application development experience
- Familiarity with implementing pre-designed UIs
- Previous experience with integrating user accounts and in-app purchases
- Knowledge on how to make an app compatible with a TV
